Sunday March 2nd – A Unique Exhibition and Musical Performance
Dietrich Sieling and pianist Alan Moverman present an evening-length performance and exhibition, “Playing and Drawing in the First Person: Musings and Recollections. Dietrich will presents new and existing favorites inspired by the theme of memory alongside live performance of pieces by Beethoven, Silvestrov, Sculthorpe and Kapustin.
About Dietrich
Dietrich Sieling is a Minneapolis-based full-time artist living with complex autism. His art has been featured in solo exhibitions in Galleries and Museums in New York, Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Fargo.
Artwork
Working with colored pencil and mixed media, Dietrich’s personal and powerful vision can be seen at the Minnesota Museum of Art, Bockley Gallery, and by appointment at his studio. An online gallery of selected works can be seen here.
Original T-shirts and Calendars
Dietrich creates limited runs of highly prized t-shirts and an annual calendar with original artwork for each month. They can be purchased on his store.
